What is stupid simple seo?

Have you been wondering about the Stupid Simple SEO course for bloggers?

You’ve come to the right place for an honest review and breakdown of the course.

Stupid Simple SEO is a video based course on search engine optimization taught by SEO expert Mike Pearson that promises to teach you how to get your blog to rank on Google.

He will also show you how to grow your blogging traffic, income, and impact with SEO without the expensive tools, massive overwhelm, or pumping out new blog posts every single day!

In fact, the course contains, as of now, roughly 740 minutes (just over 12 hours) of video, not to mention the other resources contained within the course, and the hours you’ll spend working through it outside of just watching the videos.

Mike created the course Stupid Simple SEO after trying and failing with SEO for years before finally “figuring it out”.

His sites consistently earn $15,000+ per month with Mediavine and affiliate marketing, with just SEO (he claims to not even know how to use Pinterest).

Now he teaches other bloggers how to do the same (thank the Lord!).

The big question is: Does Stupid Simple SEO deliver on that promise?

Let’s dive in and break it down!

For the longest time I had been using Pinterest almost exclusively to drive traffic to my blog, but with all the changes in Pinterest’s algorithms I started to see less traffic.

That’s when I knew I needed to diversify my traffic sources. It’s true that if you want a targeted audience, people more likely to convert into buyers and make you money, you need organic traffic.

As a professional blogger I was looking to increase my Google rankings and get more organic traffic to my blog but I had no idea how to get started when it came to SEO.  I had no idea how to do proper keyword research or link building and felt overwhelmed and confused by all of the technical SEO jargon.

I knew I needed HELP!

Since you’re on this page, something tells me you also know how crucial SEO is when it comes to growing a successful blog. Like me, I bet you would love to step up your SEO game and climb up the rankings in Google.

I wish I could say that I am now an expert at SEO, but I am still working on growing my search engine traffic.

To learn more about SEO I purchased the Stupid Simple SEO course by SEO expert Mike Pearson. Today I wanted to share with you my thoughts about this course and invite you to his free SEO Masterclass

In this Stupid Simple SEO review I’m going to break the course down so you can know all the facts before you buy.

Is Stupid Simple SEO good for "newbies"?

This course was designed specifically for SEO beginners, while introducing some intermediate-level strategies that you can also apply.

As a blogger with little SEO experience I found the course to be “newbie-friendly” and extremely actionable and easy to digest. If you are new to SEO, then Stupid Simple SEO is for you—Mike takes you all the way from structuring your blog so that it’s optimized for SEO, to doing proper keyword research (saving you hours of time), to creating epic content that ranks, and then finally building backlinks.

I just started my blog—am I too new for Stupid Simple SEO?

If your goal as a brand new blogger is to get traffic (and make money), then the sooner you start to learn SEO, the better. In fact, one of my biggest regrets is not learning SEO sooner.

Unlike Pinterest, it may take a little longer to start to see the full effect of your SEO efforts. It takes a while for Google to “trust” your site, but when it does, your golden!

What will i learn in stupid simple seo?

After completing the course you will have a good foundational knowledge of search engine optimization or SEO and how to find good keywords to target to start bringing targeted traffic to your blog.

You will also learn how to do competitor keyword research, on page SEO, and link building.

You’ll also learn the Super Simple SEO four-part framework for building a consistent flow of Google traffic (and converting that traffic into income).

$297 (or 3 monthly payments of $117).

I have to admit that I was kinda nervous about spending that kind of money on a blogging course, but after doing some research and reading testimonials from former students, I decided to take the plunge.  Boy, am I glad I did!

ADDITIONAL COSTs

The only additional cost is for a 1 week trial of Ahrefs for $7 which is what you’ll be using to create your spreadsheet full of thousands of keywords and competitors top pages for future use.

How long do i have access to the course

Once you purchase the Stupid simple SEO course, it is yours forever!  This includes ALL the training materials!

Like me, you can go back and reference it again and again.

Pros of stupid simple seo

I loved that this course was geared toward visual learners.

Because this course was predominately video based, it was almost like you were standing over Mike’s shoulder while he was working his magic!

Mike shows you exactly what he’s doing in each of his videos (hosted on teachable) and has links to relevant posts and examples.

In this course, you learn how to outrank your competitors whether you are a brand new blogger with a low Domain Authority or a more experienced blogger who wants to improve their authority and break through a plateau.

Since taking Mike’s course I moved from the 6th spot on Google for one of my posts to the #1 spot in 1 month, just by implementing a few recommended tweaks.

The videos are full of content that is useful!  I loved how Mike had assignments to do in each lesson so that at the end of the course you have a whole framework in place and a strategy to implement going forward.

I have started to use many of the tips and strategies that Mike recommends and have personally seen significant improvement in my Google ranking in a very short period of time.

Cons of super simple seo

Honestly, there’s not to much I can think of as far as cons for the Stupid Simple SEO course except for maybe the hard work you’ll have to put in to make it successful.

If you’re not serious about improving your website to rank in Google, then don’t waste your money.

To be clear, this course is NOT a magic bullet.  You will have to work, and work hard, but the reward will be worth it!

As a blogger you already know that to be successful, you’ve got to work hard, there is no EASY way.

And for this course to truly work you’ve got to put the work in… if you DON’T, then you should spend your money elsewhere—that’s simply too much money to throw down the drain if you’re not committed to getting great, long-term site traffic from Google.

So, do I think it was money well spent? ABSOLUTELY!

This course was definitely money well spent!

Does Stupid Simple SEO work?

Based on my own experience and that of other bloggers’ testimonials who’ve taken the course, I’d say YES!

Would I recommend Stupid Simple SEO?

Ummm… a thousand times YES! This was one of the best blogging courses I’ve taken. And THE best on SEO.

As a lifetime learner who has spent literally tens of thousands of dollars on education, I can say that this course rivals any university training I’ve received, for a fraction of the cost.  Yet, from a ROI standpoint has delivered so much more!

Conclusion

I have zero regrets in spending my money on the Stupid Simple SEO course, in fact, I’m so glad I did.  It has proved so worth the investment.

Initially I was afraid to spend the $497 for this course, but the money I’ve made from the increased traffic to my site has made it so well worth it.

It is important to note that Mike offers a 4 month installment plan  to make it easier for bloggers who can’t come up with the $497 fee all at once.

I have no shame or embarrassment in suggesting you click my affiliate link here (at no extra cost to you) and purchase it yourself if you believe its time to finally start winning at SEO.

SEO is a long-term game and this course is what you need if you want to play that game and if you’re fed up with depending on Pinterest or other social media platforms to bring in all your site traffic.

So, if you’re ready to take your site to the next level and win at SEO,  then take this course. You’ll be glad you did, when you start seeing traffic flowing into your site and you start to see the real potential of SEO.

Stupid Simple SEO is only open for enrollment a few times a year.

Click Here to check if it’s currently open.

If you find that it’s not currently open, then I recommend signing up for the free SEO training.

You’ll get a taste of Mike’s teaching style, learn some helpful tips about SEO strategy and get notified when the course is open for enrollment.
